KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Monday posted former anti-terrorism courts judge Ghulam Mustafa Memon as the district and sessions judge, South, on the post lying vacant for the last three months. Memon has replaced Judge Shahid Shafiq, who was transferred in May. Memon had conducted the trial of Shahrukh Jatoi for Shahzeb Khan’s murder case.
