KARACHI: Nine offenders involved in the Arshad Pappu murder case were declared wanted by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday, Express News reported.

During the hearing of the Arshad Pappu murder case, the court expressed its dissatisfaction over delay in the arrest of the key offenders.

The court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the criminals and ordered the police to arrest them and present them in court in the next hearing, which will be held later this month.

Earlier in July, Uzair Jan Baloch, Habib Jan Baloch, Noor Muhammad alias Baba Ladla and six others facing the murder trial of Arshad Pappu, his brother and a confidant were declared proclaimed offenders by the Anti-Terrorism Court.

The court had ordered the police to arrest them, but police failed to arrest them.

Alleged Lyari gangster Arshad Pappu, his brother, Yasir Arafat, and their confidant, Juma Shera, were killed on the night of March 16.
