PTCL to deploy ICT services in DHA

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has entered into an agreement with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) to develop ICT infrastructure and provide a full range of telecommunications services for the residents of DHA in Lahore.


PTCL shall deploy state-of-the-art services including voice telephony, broadband internet and SmartTV as well as EVO wireless broadband internet under the agreement.

The agreement was signed by Muhammad Nasrullah, PTCL senior executive vice president for business zones, and Brig (retired) Aamir Mustafa Bajwa, director for maintenance at DHA Lahore, in the presence of Naeem Shahbazul Haq, PTCL executive vice president for business zone central and Brig Haroon Malik, the administrator of DHA Lahore.

Muhammad Nasrullah said, “We are pleased to cooperate with DHA Lahore for telecom infrastructure development. PTCL understands its responsibility as the national carrier and is using all possible measures to develop progressive and robust ICT solutions which accelerate socio-economic development in the country.” Brig Haroon Malik said, “It a matter of great pride for DHA to partner with PTCL.
