ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has disposed of a human rights case about the abduction of a minor girl for ransom after her recovery. The Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had taken notice of a newspaper report containing the details regarding the matter of kidnapping of a six-year-old female child for ransom and requested for action. The case was fixed in the Court and was disposed of with the direction that the abducted child was presented before this court along with her father, said a release issued here.
