Dangerous recreation : Two drown while fishing in Haripur
The first incident was reported from Ghazi area and the other incident was reported from Mahandri Mansehra.
HARIPUR:
Two people including a minor drowned while fishing in different parts of Hazara. The first incident was reported from Ghazi area where Malik Nasir, 25, hailing from Khalo Ghazi, was fishing in Ghazi Brotha Power Channel when he accidently slipped and fell in the water. The waves swept him away and despite rescue efforts, his body could not be recovered till the filing of the report. In a separate incident, 12-year-old Abdul Manan, a resident of Mahandri Mansehra village, went fishing for trout in Kunhar river when he fell in the river. His body is also missing, informed the police.
