Balochistan Crime: Man killed, another abducted in Quetta
Unidentified men opened indiscriminate fire at Killi Shamovi Hazaraganji, on the outskirts of Quetta.

A man was shot dead in Quetta on Thursday. According to police, unidentified men opened indiscriminate fire at Killi Shamovi Hazaraganji, on the outskirts of Quetta. Resultantly, one man identified as Azamatullah sustained critical wounds and died on the spot. The body of the victim, which was moved to the hospital by the police for legal formalities, was later handed over to the family. Motive behind the murder is yet to be ascertained. Separately, protesters blocked the main National Highway connecting Quetta with Karachi to protest a kidnapping. Local administration sources revealed that Agha Hafeez Shah of Sadat family was abducted by unidentified gunmen earlier in the day. Some of the local people angered by the incident took to the roads and blocked the National Highway in protest.
