Troubled Affairs: Bureaucracy blamed for Balochistan ills

QUETTA:
Roots of Balochistan’s issues are linked to bureaucracy, said former caretaker chief minister Balochistan Nawab Ghaus Bakhsh Barozai. Speaking at the Quetta Press Club on Thursday, he said, “Because of my political and democratic role, impartial elections were held. If such process continues everything was likely to go on the right track”. He added: “During the tenure of my interim government I ordered security forces to secure the highways and arrest the fugitives and I ran the administration with regulations but the bureaucracy couldn’t subdue me.”
