Price control: 13 arrested, fined for overcharging

Price control magistrates raided various shops in the city to check the quality and rates of edible items and had 13 shopkeepers arrested for overcharging. The shopkeepers were fined a total of Rs456,200. District Coordination Officer Naseem Sadiq said magistrates should continue to pay visits to markets to make sure that shopkeepers are not overcharging.
