KARACHI: Sindh should be given its fair share of water and power, said Sindh information minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Tuesday.

He was concerned about the excessive load-shedding in the province, which lasts upto 20 hours in rural and urban areas.

Memon said that the federal government should provide the same quantity of water and power as was provided by the previous federal government.

He assured that the Pakistan Peoples Party-led government will take action to resolve power outages and water shortages in the province.
