LAHORE:

The Lahore Development Authority has established a complaint centre at its Johar Town office to receive complaints regarding the accumulation of rain water and problems pertaining to its drainage in some private housing schemes in LDA controlled areas.

The complaint centre will function round the clock. Citizens can call 99262332, 99262392 and 0322-8888497, in case of complaints.

The complaint centre’s staff has been told to take immediate action to address the complaints.

Earlier, the LDA had directed the administration of the private housing schemes to finalise arrangements and take all possible measures to ensure quick drainage of rain water during the monsoon season. Failing to do so would lead to stern action against them.
