Land retrieved: 3 arrested for encroachment

The district administration on Sunday recovered 3 marlas of government land in Cantt Katcheri that had been encroached on by a canteen. Cantt Assistant Commissioner Nabeela Irfan, acting on the DCO’s instructions, raided the site along with a team of TMA employees and police personnel. Waseemullah, the owner, and Muhammad Kaloo and Allah Bux, who had helped him in the occupation, were arrested.
