Law and order: Two peace militia men killed in Dera Bugti firing

At least two people were killed and 10 others injured in two separate incidents in the Gopat area of Dera Bugti in Balochistan on Tuesday.
According to the police, unidentified armed men opened fire on the check post of the Amn Force camp in the RD 238 area of Gopat, resulting in the death of two Amn Force personnel. The firing continued for more than two hours, however the attackers, two of whom sustained injuries, managed to escape, police sources said. The deceased were identified as Amanullah and Azad Khan, while Sher Ali sustained injuries.
Meanwhile, nine people were injured in a landmine blast in Gopat. According to sources, a pickup truck was on its way from Pat Feeder to Dera Bugti when it hit a landmine. As a result, nine men, Sabir, Saeedullah, Haji Amanat, Manji Ghous Bakhsh, Mehran, Raheem Dil, Shoil and Tuq Ali were injured in the blast and were taken to the PPL hospital in Sui.
