Public service: Complaint cell set up at CM house

The cell will consist of a member of the provincial cabinet who will listen to people’s complaints every day.

KARACHI: Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has issued orders to set up a special complaint cell at Chief Minister House.

The cell will consist of a member of the provincial cabinet who will listen to people’s complaints every day and try to address them as soon as possible. Shah has urged the public to utilise this facility to record their complaints so that they are addressed on an urgent basis.
