Joining The Winner: PML-Q backs PML-N in Balochistan

QUETTA: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) on Thursday announced the party’s support for Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the formation of the Balochistan government while former caretaker chief minister and MPA-elect Sardar Saleh Mohammad Bhootani joined the Nawaz league.

PML-Q and Saleh Bhootani made their announcements during separate press conferences held at a local hotel here.

PML-N provincial chief and incoming chief minister Sardar Sanaullah Zehri and other party leaders were also present.

The PML-Q MPAs-elect, who announced their decision to support the Nawaz league in Balochistan included Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhel, (PB-19) Amanullah Notezai (PB-39), and Mir Quddon Bijinjo (PB-41) while Bhootani had fought the elections as independent candidate from PB-45 Lasbela.
