Flown in: Ballot papers reach DI Khan, Tank

The papers will be kept in the districts’ ‘Maal Khaana’ and will be distributed under army's supervision.

Ballot papers reached Dera Ismail Khan and Tank districts on Monday under the supervision of the Pakistan Army. The ballot papers were flown in from Rawalpindi via helicopter, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) spokesperson in DI Khan told The Express Tribune.


The papers will be kept in the districts’ ‘Maal Khaana’ and are distributed under the supervision of the army to ensure free and fair elections, he added. Meanwhile, ballot papers have also safely reached South Waziristan, according to the assistant political agent of Wana subdivision, South Waziristan.
