Nust Convocation: 201 undergrads get degrees
Students are conferred degrees in the disciplines of civil engineering,environmental sciences and applied bio-sciences
ISLAMABAD:
The first undergraduate convocation ceremony of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (SCEE) and Atta-ur-Rahman School of Applied Bio-Sciences (ASAB) was held at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) on Wednesday.
As many as 201 students were conferred degrees in the disciplines of civil engineering, environmental sciences and applied bio-sciences.
President’s gold medal and certificates were awarded to Abeera Ayaz Ansari (environmental engineering), Zain Maqsood (civil engineering), Rabia Shakeel (best performance in research) and Zahra Zahid Paracha (overall best performance in academics).
Rector’s gold medals were given to Talha Zubair (environmental engineering) and Muhammad Arsalan (civil engineering).
