Bench hearing the Adiala missing persons case directs brigadier to submit original record of case.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that no person could be kept in detention even for one minute without solid proof against them as per the law of the land, while hearing the Adiala missing persons case on Monday.
During the hearing, Brigadier Naubahar submitted a reply before the bench regarding the seven missing prisoners of Adiala Jail who were later shifted to an unknown location in the tribal area by agencies.
The chief justice inquired about the original record on which the trial was made by the agencies, but the record could not be presented before the bench. The bench expressed its displeasure and stated that the agencies were not serious in tackling the case.
The bench adjourned the hearing of the case till April 17, while directing the brigadier to submit the original record.
