Condemning as "provocative" Japan's statement that it might intercept an expected missile launch by North Korea, the Korean Central News Agency said intervention by Tokyo could see it "consumed in nuclear flames."
"Japan is always in the cross-hairs of our revolutionary army and if Japan makes a slightest move, the spark of war will touch Japan first," KCNA said in a commentary.
"Japan must come to its senses and behave rightly," it added.

I have no problem if you want to play the role of devil's advocate! If you had ever attended a semnar of the nclear scientsts, then you would know that this is precisely what one scientst discusses with another scientist. Dr Khan must have attended several semnars himself before and after his studies and has held many in Pakistan after India and Pakstan tested theirs.
The term 'proliferation' was born much later and was utilised to discourage the mad race on nuclear weaponry and I believe after the USA and Soviet agreed to reduce thei stocks.
The objection to the nuclear armed bmber was voiced by the Russians and the Americans have put a stop to it and several other exercises as well accrding to John Kerry yesterday. In military exercises live ammunition is on board to defend in case! Also the empty gun is more dangerous for anyone to carry and is therefore not practiced.

@Rex Minor: Once again, A Q Khan admitted transferring the nuclear technology to North Korea, which would have greatly shortened their development time! As for "nuclear armed stealth bomber", I was not aware that you were part of the ground crew that serviced the bomber so you would know what it was carrying!

Sorry sir, and where did the USA,Soviet Union, France, UK, China, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Sweden, India and many others obtained their knowledge ? Who was running this sophistcated proliferation ring? The technology is available to every nuclear scientist! The most logcal explanation could be that North Korea has had the support of China all along on its nuclear pogram, considering that it lost thousands of men and equipment in defending North Koea against the American military?
The actualization of the technology for peaceful purpose is a norm. Any country which weaponises the technology, however, and keeps it under cover is regarded as a suspect. North Korea has avoided that and has been over years declarinrig that it has the weapon and the missile for delivery as well.. The American administration have all along been refusing to accept as late as last week that North Korea does not have the loly pops, compelling North Korea 29 years old Kim to demonstrate.
Well he is prepared to demonstrate now in the face of provocative nuclear armed stealth bombers flying over the korean Island. The USA has partialy blinked, and s no longer using the language of "all options are on the table" The question now is if Kim is going to blink as well and deflate the emotions and anger of the imllion strong army?

@Rex Minor: You say "American Propaganda"!!! Please note that on 4 February 2004, Pakistani hero Abdul Qadeer Khan appeared live on Pakistani PTV , confessing to running a proliferation ring that transferred nuclear technology to Iran, North Korea and Libya. A full discussion on these nuclear activities is published on Wikipedia under "Abdul Qadeer Khan" for all to read!!!
@cautious:
The nuclear technology is available to hundreds and thousands of the scientists in the world. Most aim for peaceful use but some for military use.. Do not believe in the popaganda coming fom the American press.

Who in their right mind would provide nuclear weapon technology to these nutters -- oh yeah that was Pakistan. Shame on you.
