LAHORE:

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has termed the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) manifesto a joke with the people of Pakistan.

PML-N leaders Rana Sanaullah, Rana Mashhood and Zaeem Qadri in a statement issued on Thursday said the manifesto was a set of illusions made by those who were oblivious of the sufferings of common man.

“Imran Khan had promised during his rally at Minar-e-Pakistan that he would never tell a lie but this manifesto is itself a pack of lies,” they said.

They said that people question whether the PTI would be able to fight land grabbers through Aleem Khan; end drone strikes through Khursheed Kasuri; provide affordable education through Fauzia Kasuri and collect taxes through Arif Alvi.

“The PTI also claims it will end corruption in 90 days but it is the only political party whose leaders and middlemen have allegedly made millions of rupees by selling tickets to its candidates,” the PML-N leaders said.
