Elections time: Tappi files nomination papers

Owais Muzaffar Hashmi, alias Tappi, submits nomination form for PS-88 Thatta.

HYDERABAD: President Asif Zardari’s foster brother, Owais Muzaffar Hashmi, alias Tappi, submitted the nomination form for PS-88 Thatta on Wednesday.

The form was submitted by his counsel, Ali Sher Habibani, to the returning officer Saleem Raza Baloch. The latter had earlier refused to accept the form in the absence of an authority letter.
