"This is a controversial decision. I will challenge it in the Supreme Court (SC)," Khan said talking to newsmen here at the Election Commission’s office. She alleged that her lawyer was not even heard properly by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). Khan claimed she had filed a written request, but was told by the commission that she had not applied for the symbol.
Khan had asked her supporters to file nomination papers from all constituencies and resolved to fight her case at all forums.
Talking to the reporters, PPP member Safdar Abbasi claimed that a conspiracy was being hatched to split the party and its top leadership would be responsible for such eventuality. He said a petition against the intra-party elections of PPPP was also pending with the Islamabad High Court in which he had questioned as to why a party with over 100 members in the last National Assembly, had only 16 office-bearers across the country.
Earlier, the ECP had set March 25 as the date for resolving the matter of allotting the symbol of 'arrow' between the PPP and the PPPP.
On Monday, when the ECP reconvened to rule on the matter, it allotted the symbol to the PPPP.

Mr. Abbasi, you continue to amuse me. Who is hatching this conspiracy, if not you? But even if you try, I doubt you have the critical mass to do any damage. By the way, good luck to you in the next elections. I sincerely hope to see you and your spouse in the National Assembly.
Naheed Khan and her husband were collecting bribe money at the PPP headquarters during 1988 election ticket award stage.
don't arrow or whatever but just don't come to power again. Thanks for your contribution in destroying the country in last 5 years.
and i thought Naheed Khan was nowhere to be seen.
"Naheed Khan, secretary to PPP leader Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto". What a spiritual job she has.
