Pakistan Day: Special ceremony held at Pakistan’s mission in US
Deputy Chief of the Mission Dr Asad Majeed Khan hoisted the flag while the national anthem was played.

The Pakistani embassy led the Pakistan Day celebrations in the US on Saturday with a flag-hoisting ceremony, paying tribute to the forefathers for their epic freedom struggle and resolving to work for the country’s advancement as a strong nation.
Deputy Chief of the Mission Dr Asad Majeed Khan hoisted the flag while the national anthem was played. He read out messages of the president and the prime minister, in which the two leaders congratulated the nation on democratic achievement with completion of the constitutionally mandated terms of the parliament and the government and called for continued efforts towards development of the country and welfare of the people.
