Monetary Dispute: Beheaded body recovered

The police said the body bore torture marks and the head, legs and one hand of the victim had been chopped off.

SWAT: The beheaded body of a man has been recovered from Swat river. The incident came to light when some locals informed police of a headless body lying in Shangardar area on Wednesday.

The police took the body into custody and shifted it to Barikot Civil Hospital.

During investigation, the victim’s brother, Ahmed Khan accused Bukht alias Shabana of murdering his brother Muhammad Khan over a monetary dispute.

He alleged that his brother had gone to receive money from the accused but never returned. Police took the accused into custody and sent her to jail.

The police said the body bore torture marks and the head, legs and one hand of the victim had been chopped off.
