Abbas town tragedy: CM distributes cheques among victims

Each person was given Rs1million and the government will bear all their medical expenses, says the spokesperson.

KARACHI:
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah distributed cheques among 26 victims of the Abbas Town tragedy on Friday.

During his visit to the Aga Khan, the chief minister, accompanied by Sindh Assembly Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza, distributed the cheques among people who had sustained injuries.


“Each person was given Rs1million and the government will bear all their medical expenses,” said the spokesperson for the CM House.
