Press Release March 04, 2013

LAHORE: Kinnaird College staged a play, Echoes (Bazgasht), on March 2 and March 4 as part of its ongoing centennial celebrations. This year’s production traced the history of college through ‘tree spirits’ – the spirits of the old trees at the college. The play was written by Perin Boga and Kausar Sheikh and was directed by Prof Shama Khaliq Salman and her team, which included Dr Nadia Anjum, Asma Niaz, Maham Sarfaraz and Amna Haider. The chief guest was Caroline Best, the great grand daughter of Sir Arthur and Lady Mary Kinnaird.
