“I can’t kiss on screen! I can’t do these scenes for sure. It is more of a personal choice, I don’t think I will feel comfortable. Even before signing a film, I tell them [producers] that this is one thing that I will not be able to do,” said Zafar.
The 32-year-old who is married and has a son is busy spreading a word about his latest stint in film-maker David Dhawan’s Chashme Baddoor, a remake of the 1981 comedy of the same name.
Having done successful films like Tere Bin Laden and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Zafar said he wants to take limited, but quality work. “I don’t want to take too much work. I want to do films that excite me and with people who are nice to work with. I also want to spend some time with my family,” he said.

Great decision by Ali Zafar. Something new ;)
@doom... its a contractual thing... he put forward his demand and upto the Directors to take it or leave it... nothing wrong in being agreement to scope of work... just saying!
Publicity stunt
In Hollywood they give Oscars to actors who go the full mile with all kinds of scenes and even modifying their bodies to suit the role because it shows dedication to your art...that you consider the movie and presenting the script in it's truest form before your personal comforts and discomforts.
Because if there is say a couple madly in love or say a married couple in a movie who never go beyond a friendly hug is rather silly and unrealistic but as long as the actors are comfortable I guess and if we are happy with mediocre films...
Great! :)
Now that is not a line we hear from too many actors...
