Mqm’s Unit Office Targeted: Two hurt in cracker attack

Police officials said that two unidentified persons riding a motorcycle threw a cracker at the unit office of MQM.

KARACHI: Two passersby were injured in a cracker attack in North Karachi on Wednesday evening.

Police officials said that two unidentified persons riding a motorcycle threw a cracker at the unit office of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) near Baba Morr, North Karachi within the limits of Khawaja Ajmer Nagri police station.

New Karachi division SP Salman Hussain told The Express Tribune that the MQM workers remained unharmed but two passersby, Mohammad Arif and Rab Nawaz, were wounded.

They were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
