KARACHI:

Law enforcers took over one dozen suspects into custody after they conducted raids in various parts of the city on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, three alleged members of the “drug mafia” were arrested when police and Rangers carried out an operation along the Hub River Road.

Law enforcers claimed that they seized weapons and narcotic items, and that the men were wanted in several cases of drug trafficking. However, no cases have been registered yet.

About 13 suspects were taken into custody during a targeted operation in Clifton’s Shah Rasool Colony and Neelum Colony.
