An Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) spokesperson has termed a recent Human Rights Watch (HRW) report a pack of lies, propaganda driven and totally biased.
The report said the government’s failure to check abuses by security agencies lead to increased attack on religious minorities.
The spokesman said that the report was yet another attempt to malign Pakistan and that the HRW has based its opinion on imprecise facts and biased views.
