PESHAWAR:
Giving a final warning to those involved in the missing persons case, Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan has summoned Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in-charge, Advocate General, IG Frontier, IG Police and Intelligence Bureau officials, Express News reported on Tuesday.

While hearing the case today, the chief justice asked the higher officials to personally appear before the court and respond to various queries.

The chief justice said that if the officials fail to do so, strict action will be taken against them.

Khan also questioned how can one compensate for the trouble the prisoners went through because of the detainment.

In the last hearing, the court had asked security officials to produce a categorised list of detained persons. Two lists had already been submitted to the court on December 18 and May 16 in 2012.
