Customer services : PTCL inaugurates one stop shop

The Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) inaugurated a revamped one stop shop (OSS) in Peshawar, said a press release issued by the company. As part of the company’s initiative to serve its customers better, PTCL is taking various steps, including revamping the company’s OSS across the country, which offer one window operations to facilitate customers. PTCL Customer Care Executive Vice President Kamran Malik said at the inauguration: “At PTCL, we are continuously working towards building a unique experience in services. For us, our most important stakeholder is our customer and we are committed to serving their needs and requirements”. The strategically placed 191 OSS are the public face of the company, which facilitate customers by offering them quality products and services in bills collection, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills and billing installments.
