Power breakdown in Balochistan

QUETTA: Balochistan remains without power after pylons of 220kw transmission line were blown up in district Naseerabad.

As a result power supply was cut off to more than 20 villages for more than 18 hours.

This incident added to the power shortfall of 800mw the province is currently facing.

The towers are being repaired and may take one month to be completely operational.
