Water woes: ‘KWSB to take immediate action to address shortage’

Managing director of KWSB Farid warns action against officers who fail to address complaints.

KARACHI:

Immediate steps should be taken to address the shortage of water in Akhtar Colony, Qayyumabad, Hazara Colony and Korangi, said the managing director of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board, Misbahuddin Farid.

He also warned that action will be taken against officers who fail to address complaints of water shortage in their jurisdiction.
