Youm-e-istighasa: Ahle Tashi groups to protest on Friday
The protest will be against what they called ‘Shia genocide’ across the country.
KARACHI:
Multiple Ahle Tashi organisations have announced their support to the call of Shia Ulema Council’s sit-in on December 14 to protest against what they called ‘Shia genocide’ across the country. At a joint press conference on Wednesday, representatives of the organisations vowed to observe Friday as “Youm-e-Istighasa” [A day to demand justice] during which a sit-in will be held at Numaish Chowrangi, MA Jinnah Road. They condemned the recent killings of their community’s people.
