Honour killings?: Two gunned down over ‘karo kari’
A teenage girl and a man were shot dead in Sikandarabad, Khairpur.

A teenage girl and a man were shot dead in Sikandarabad, Khairpur, on Tuesday afternoon. Choondko police said a man, identified as Rano Bhambhro, suspected his cousin, Jehan Khatoon, was in a relationship with Ghulam Hussain Bhambhro. On Tuesday, when Ghulam Hussain was sitting at a hotel, Rano fired at him, killing him on the spot. Later, he turned up at his uncle’s house and also killed his cousin. The bodies of the victims were shifted to the health centre in Choondko. The police later arrested the alleged murderer and also seized a pistol from him.
