The district education officer of Shahdadkot has cancelled 55 fake orders for the promotion of teachers. The teachers in the district had been complaining about officials being bribed into granting promotions. Several complaints of corruption have also been registered against the education and literacy department. The chief minister cancelled over 3,000 recruitment orders in the education department in Jacobabad recently.
