Corrigendum: Commission favours artificial wetland

The commission was set up on June 8 and not April 12.

LAHORE: The members of the River Ravi Commission have unanimously agreed to recommend that a constructed wetland be built at Babu Sabu for the treatment of wastewater, and not a stabilisation pond as reported on page 13 of the Lahore edition of The Express Tribune on October 31, 2012. A subcommittee formed by the River Ravi Commission visited artificial wetland and waste stabilisation ponds in Islamabad and Faisalabad, and not Islamabad and Rawalpindi, as mentioned in the report. Finally, the commission was set up on June 8 and not April 12. The errors are regretted.
