Missing: Man demands recovery of wife, children
Khan has urged the authorities to expedite the recovery of his wife and children.
ABBOTABAD:
A month on, the police are still clueless over the whereabouts of a woman and her two minor children who went missing from Sarbhana Harno village. Shaukat Khan told the police that his wife, Samina Bibi, 21, went to the village market with two of her minor children but did not return. When the family called Samina’s cellphone, a man threatened them of dire consequences if anyone searched her or for her children. Police registered a kidnapping case against Iqbal, a resident of Peshawar, under Section 365-B of the Pakistan Penal Code but no arrest or recovery has been made yet. Khan has urged the authorities to expedite the recovery of his wife and children. He said his youngest son that his wife left behind has fallen ill without his mother.
