LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Sadiq Masood on Friday sought comments from the Mozang SHO by October 2 on a petition filed by a man seeking the registration of case against his brothers-in-law for denying his wife a share in her deceased father’s property. Petitioner Gohar Hameed said Seth Miraj Din, his father-in-law, had a business in Dubai and some property in Mozang. He said his brothers-in-law, Babar, Sohail and Nawaz, had used forged documents to transfer it in their names after Miraj Din died.He said none of Miraj Din’s three daughters , Naila, Ghazala and Neelam, had received their share. He said he had asked police to register a case against his in-laws but they had not done so. He asked the court to direct the SHO concerned to register the case.
