Distillery unearthed: 8 arrested, 4,000 litres of liquor seized

Police arrested eight people in a raid at an illicit distillery near the Saddar Sabzi Mandi and seized around 4,000 litres of liquor from the facility. Thikriwala station house officer Malik Muhammad Fayyaz led the raid. Police are looking for the alleged owners of the facility, identified as Muhammad Usman, a resident of Samanabad, and Muhammad Ashfaq, a resident of Ghulam Muhammadabad. They have registered an FIR against them and started investigations.They said the raid was carried out after several complaints were recieved against the facility by residents of the area.
