Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif said that delay in elections on the pretext of the situation in Balochistan will not be allowed, reported Radio Pakistan on Tuesday.

Speaking to a private TV channel, Sharif also said that the killers of Nawab Akbar Bugti should be arrested.

Earlier, Sharif had claimed that President Asif Ali Zardari had some covert plans behind his statements about holding local bodies elections.

He said that President Zardari had made a calculated statement about holding local body elections. “Zardari deliberately issued the feeler of local government (LG) election,” he said.

@Usman Khan: NS cannot give interview extempore. He is asked to prepare before giving interview. This has been the practice ever since he came into politics.
