FAISALABAD:

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been inked between the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) and Remount, Veterinary and Farms Corps (RVFC).

The two entities will collaborate in equine breeding, capacity building of RVFC staff, and an internship programme for students at the RVFC farms.

UAF Vice Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan and RVFC Director General Imtiaz Hussain Sherazi signed the accord here at a local hotel.

According to the details of the MoU, both institutions will hold seminars regarding equine breeding practices, and share mutual expertise in artificial insemination, help enhance worker skills, and create internship opportunities for UAF students at RVFC’s farms.

Khurram Malik | 12 years ago | Reply In Islam Gambling in Horse Racing , Camel Racing and Archery is Halal so that is why we see Horse Racing , Camel Racing in Saudia and in UAE without any problem . It is a bit Hypocritical that Gambling in Arabic Sports is allowed whereas Gambling is Haraam in Non Arabic Sports in Islam but anyway Pakistan do have good Horse Breeds and being an Islamic Country we could generate huge business as well and We could Promote Horse Racing with good Breeds as a Sports with Legal Betting and Waging here..
