Jumping ship: Laks of Sargodha to leave PTI
Two leaders say they would join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.

Two Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf leaders from Sargodha, former minister Mehr Ghulam Dastagir Lak and Mehr Yar Lak, a son of former Senator (late) Khudadad Lak said on Saturday they would join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. The two men met with Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and said they believed Nawaz Sharif was the only person who could steer the country out of the crises it faced. They said they would make a formal announcement in a day or two after they meet Nawaz Sharif. Shahbaz Sharif said the PML-N would be strengthened by the ‘Lak group’. Shah Nawaz Ranjha, PML-N Divisional President Mohsin Ranjha, former minister Manazar Ali Ranjha and former MPA Malik Saif Awan were also present at the meeting.
