Parking system: DCO directs Turkish firm be hired
Team will design new parking stands in the city.
LAHORE:
A decision was taken on Saturday to hire a Turkish firm to design new parking stands in the city. DCO Noorul Amin Menga, Lahore Parking Company (LPC) Chairman MPA Hafiz Nouman, LPC Managing Director Dr Usman Ali Khan, Executive District Officer (Finance), Executive District Officer (Water and supply), District Officer (Public Facilities) and some Turkish experts attended the meeting. Mengal constituted four teams to collect parking data in a week. The teams consist of officials of the Civil Defence and Public Facilities Departments.
