Model village: MoU signed for Rotary jo Goth project
Rotary chairperson said that energy resources and technical support will be provided for developing dairy farms.
KARACHI:
The Health and Nutrition Development Society (HANDS) and Rotary Humanitarian Trust signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Wednesday in Karachi, for the Thatta model village project, Rotary jo Goth. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months, with financial assistance of Rs22.18 million from the Rotary Humanitarian Trust. It includes formation and strengthening of community organisations, construction of 150 shelters and adult literacy programmes. The Rotary chairperson, Faiz Kidwai, said that energy resources and technical support will be provided for developing dairy farms.
