                        Football: Pakistan women’s team leaves for SL   
                        
                                    
                
                    
                
                
                                                                                            The Pakistan National Women football team will leave for Sri Lanka today to take part in the Holcim SAFF Women’s Championship-2012 to be held from September 7, announced the Pakistan Football Federation. Pakistan have been placed in Group B with Nepal, Maldives and Afghanistan, according to the draws unveiled by the South Asian Football Federation. The event will be held under the round-robin system and the top two teams from each group will make it to the semi-finals which will be held on September 14.
