The counsel for provincial government asked court to dismiss the petition since petitioner was not an aggrieved party.

LAHORE:
Justice Ayesha A Malik of the Lahore High Court on Friday directed the chairmen of all eight Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in the province to provide by September 4 details of contracts to private companies to prepare online results.  Petitioner Aslam Gujjar had submitted that the BISEs could not engage private companies since the secrecy of results could not be maintained that way.  The counsel for the provincial government asked the court to dismiss the petition since the petitioner was not an aggrieved party.
