Heinous crime: Minor allegedly raped by school students

Investigation officer, Nazeer Gundal, told that the case will be clearer after further investigations.

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A seven-year-old boy was allegedly raped by two students of class 9 and 10. A police officer told The Express Tribune that the incident occurred in Mohala Roshan Cheragh, DI Khan. Muhammad Adil*, father of the victim, has lodged an FIR against Adnan* and Mehrab* in the City Police Station stating that the accused kidnapped his son and took him to a guest house where they subjected him to sexual assault. Adil said that when his son returned home, he told him about the incident and named the culprits. The police, however, have so far failed to make any arrests.  The victim was given treatment at the District Headquarter Hospital. Investigation police officer, Nazeer Gundal, told The Express Tribune that the accused and the victim are neighbours in Mohala Roshan Cheragh, adding that the case will be clearer after further investigations.
