FAISALABAD: A farmer was killed on Tuesday over litigation in Nishatabad. Police said Maqsood Subhani, a resident of Chak 55-JB, was shot by Maqbool, Inam and Manzoor, while he was working in the field. The assailants fled away. The injured man was taken to a hospital by neighbourhood farmers, but he died on the way. Subhani’s family said that he had filed a suit against the assailants a few months ago.
