Extortion case: Court rejects bail application
The court will next hear the case on July 28.
KARACHI:
The Anti-Terrorism Court-III rejected the bail application of Shuab Zaman on Wednesday, one of two men accused in an extortion case, Special Case 13(3)/2012. The accused, Shuab Zaman and Mohammad Kabir, were also formally charged by the ATC-III. The two are facing charges of extortion, criminal intimidation and common intent under the Pakistan Penal Code. The First Information Report 32/2012 was filed by the Civil Lines police station. The court will next hear the case on July 28.
